The premiere daily health and habit tracker, focusing on consistency rather than quantity.
Optionally installable and runs anywhere: iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, Chrome, Safari...

The default view after logging in shows a list of your habits laid out as an activity map, where each row shows activities for the current week. The current week is found to the right, where the column shows Monday to Sunday of the current week, previous weeks are shown to the left. By default 26 weeks are displayed (but can be resized to 13).
Users are free to lay out their habits as they want. By clicking the top part of a habit card, users can toggle between full and half width. When half width is used, 13 weeks are displayed.
Full and half width layouts can be combined as well. And as already shown, the app supports both light and dark modes. In addition there is a zoom button that allow users to select font size etc.

In addition to full and half views, users can also group habits, making it simple to view and hide groups of related habits. Habits are grouped by giving them identical "category" when adding/editing habits.
In the example to the left, there is a category "Sleep Quality" that contains four "habits". The first three are habits that contribute to sleep quality (avoding eating and drinking shortly before bed etc). The fourth habit allow you to log whether you had a "good quality" sleep. Over time, by tracking the right habits, you can actually discover what matters for your sleep quality.
